When you spend hours commuting to and from work every day, you start thinking of new ways to make your journey more enjoyable. And listening to inspiring podcasts has been a favorite way to productively spend my time.
I’ve been introduced to the world of podcasts by my friend Sam and I’ve been addicted ever since. They can entertain and inspire us through some amazing conversations. Another reason that makes podcasts so great is the fact that you don’t have to sit down to watch an episode. You can be stuck in traffic, running outside or even cleaning your house while listening to a podcast.
Whether you want to give it a try or simply find new ones to listen to, I’m sharing 9 inspiring podcasts that will hopefully improve your morning commute.
9 Inspiring Podcasts That Will Improve Your Morning Commute
The Life Coach School
The Life Coach School by Brooke Castillo introduced me to the world of podcasts and it has been a favorite ever since. Although it is aimed at life coaches, see it as a tool to teach yourself how you can be your own coach. One of the most important lessons I’ve learned from Brooke was: “your thoughts create your feelings, your feelings create your actions and your actions create your results”. Definitely, something to have in mind daily.

A few months ago she embarked on an incredible journey in Europe – Eat, Pray & Love kind of style – and it was great to follow her journey and the lessons she learned through her podcast.

Millennial
If you’re a twenty-something struggling with not having your life all figured out (who does, anyway?), you need to listen to Millennial. “Millennial is a podcast about what people never teach you – how to maneuver your 20s”. What makes this podcast so unique is how it sounds like a tv show following Megan’s life through her ups and downs. Her vulnerability is inspiring, showing us how we are all struggling to figure our life out.
