I feel like I share a quite a lot of things about me on the blog so today it’s time to turn the table. No matter if you’ve been reading Notes from Joana for a while or just stumbled across my blog right now, I would love to get to know you a bit better. Let’s chat!
I got this idea from Lou and Elise and thought it would be an interesting way to chat with you. It’s always nice to connect with other bloggers/people that read your blog, learn more about the person behind the screen and build a lovely community. Besides being able to express myself, finding people with similar interests and personalities is one of my favorite parts about blogging.
So, you’re probably wondering how this will work. Well, I came up with five questions, which I will answer and then I would love for you to reply in the comments, as well
1 | How was your day?
2 | Where are you from?
3 | Something that made you happy today.
4 | Have you started Christmas decoration/shopping?
5 | What’s your current favorite song?
1 | Today was okay. I had to do a couple of things to do and run some errands but procrastinated a little too much – which made me feel a bit anxious. It’s also my grandma’s 78th birthday today so she will come over for a little celebration, even though she’s far from excited for turning a year older. It’s funny to think that I’m only 22 and don’t particularly enjoy celebrating my birthday, as well haha.
2 | I’m from a small town in the north of Portugal.
3 | Baking a cake for my grandma’s birthday. Because I love to bake (and eat) and find it all really terapeutic for some reason. Absolutely hate doing the dishes afterward, though – not fun. Oh, and if you’re wondering, I made this orange cake.
4 | No, I have not. We usually start decorating on the first of December, and when it comes to Christmas shopping, we usually tend to do it the last minute. But we already bought this year’s tree ornament since my parents and I have this little tradition of buying a new one every year!
5 | Currently, I’ve been loving Temporary Fix by One Direction – I’ve actually been loving the whole album to be honest, I find it really good!
Now it’s your turn
