I’m so happy it’s finally March, it means Spring is just around the corner. The days are getting longer and it’s nice to leave for work and see the daylight, it makes getting up a little less harder, right? The end of February also means it’s time to evaluate my monthly goals and set new ones for March.
February Goals Recap
1 | Move from Blogger to WordPress – part 2.
I completely failed at this. Didn’t even open wordpress, nope.
2 | Be consistent with my blogging schedule.
I think I did a pretty good job this month. My goal was to post three times per week and I only missed two posts. Hopefully I can keep up with this in March – fingers crossed!
3 | Go to bed by 11:00.
I’m not going to say I was already sleeping but, most days – weekends don’t count -, by 11:00 I was either in bed reading or at least getting ready for bed. The fact that I wake up ridiculously early helps since I get home super tired and the only reason I don’t go to bed right away is just because I like to take some time to blog and watch tv.
3 Goals for March
1 | Take a yoga class.
I’ve been wanting to try yoga since I’ve heard about its multiple benefits, specifically how it helps with posture, breathing and relaxation. I even tried once at home but I find it difficult when you’re starting out since there’s no one there to tell if you’re doing it right or wrong. I have already talked with a friend to go try a class but I want to challenge myself to do it even if I have to go on my own.
2 | Give Snapchat a go.
It took me a while to finally get into Snapchat but now I love it. It’s a way to show the behind the scenes of Instagram where every picture is carefully edited in order to fit a theme. Don’t get me wrong, it still is one of my favorite platforms but I would like to give Snapchat a go and use it to show you a glimpse into my daily – and not so interesting life. I think it’s a good way for you guys to get to know me a bit better. I’m at notesfromjoana. And I don’t promise to post everyday but I’ll give Snapchat a try.
3 | Move from Blogger to WordPress – part 3.
I decided that I’m going to get a template and personalize it instead of creating one from scratch. I have way too many things on my plate at the moment and can’t find the time to teach myself how to do it without sacrificing my blog’s content. So that’s my goal for this month.
Do you have any specific goals for March?
